This is maharashtrian sabzi from malwan little spicy with simple spices and very easy to make can be carried in tiffin and while travelling my kiddos love this I am sure your kiddos will too love this please do try this

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. two large potatoes sliced
  2. oil for shallow fry
  3. 3tsp Red chilly powder
  4. 1tsp Haldi powder [turmeric powder]
  5. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. SOAK 2 THINLY SLICED POTATOES IN WATER FOR 1O MINS
  2. PLACE THEM ON A KITCHEN CLOTH & PAT DRY
  3. MIX 2 TBSP : RED CHILLI- CORIANDER & 1 TSP : TURMERIC- CUMIN- GARAM MASALA- SALT
  4. ON A HOT TAVA, GREASED WITH 1 TSP OIL, COVER & COOK MASALA COATED POTATO SLICES ON SLOW HEAT FOR 25-30 MINS
  5. FLIP SIDES ONCE IN BETWEEN
  6. SERVE HOT
