  1. POTATO 8 piece
  2. Oil for Deep frying
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Condiments / spices to taste..
  5. Jeera powder, black salt, blackpapper, chat masala, red mirchi powder

Instructions

  1. GRATE 8 PEELED POTATOES
  2. WASH THE GRATED POTATOES IN WATER
  3. SQUEEZE & PLACE ON A KITCHEN TOWEL
  4. PAT DRY
  5. DEEP FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
  6. REMOVE, STRAIN & COOL
  7. MIX CUMIN,RED CHILLI, ROCK SALT, PEPPER, CHAT MASALA, SALT, & POWDERED SUGAR ACCORDING TO TASTE
  8. SPRINKLE OVER THE POTATOES & MIX
  9. STORE IN AN AIR TIGHT JAR
