Instructions

  1. COLLECT ALL INGREDIENTS BOILED POTATOES RED CHILLI POWDER CUMIN SEEDS CORIANDER LEAVES GREEN CHILLI SALT AND GREEN CHILLIES.
  2. MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS AND SALT IN MASHED POTATOES
  3. WHEAT FLOUR DOUGH IS PREPARED BY ADDING WATER.
  4. MAKE A THICK SMALL CHAPATI FILL IN THE STUFFING .CLOSE IT FROM ALL SIDES.NOW A BIG BALL IS READY FOR MAKING PARANTHA.
  5. NOW MAKE PARANTHA BY USING LITTLE FLOUR
  6. COOK PARANTHAS IN TAWA
  7. WHEN BROWN SPOT APPEARS TURN IT APPLY OIL AND COOK ON BOTH SIDES
  8. CRISPY PARANTHE READY TO BE SERVED
  9. READY TO BE SERVED WITH BUTTER AND PICKLE.
