Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Moong Sprouts 1 cup
  2. Sweet corn 1/3 cup
  3. paneer cubes 2 cup
  4. oil 2tbsp
  5. cumin seeds 1 tsp
  6. onion sliced 1 medium size
  7. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  8. haldi 1/2tsp
  9. Tomato/Tomato puree 1 big/4tbsp
  10. salt to taste
  11. Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  12. coriander powder 1/2tsp
  13. coriander leaves few

Instructions

  1. HEAT A PAN WITH OIL ADD CUMIN SEEDS,HALDI AND HING.
  2. ADD SLICED ONION.
  3. COOK FOR 2 MINUTES ON MEDIUM FLAME.
  4. ADD TOMATO PUREE AND MIX WELL.
  5. ADD CHILLI POWDER AND CORIANDER POWDER.
  6. ADD SWEET CORN AND SPROUTS. STIR GENTLY TO MIX EVERYTHING.
  7. ADD 1/3 CUP OF WATER ,SALT TO TASTE. COOK ON MEDIUM FLAME FOR 3-4 MINUTES.
  8. ADD IN FRESH PANEER CUBES.
  9. STIR GENTLY TO MIX EVERYTHING.
  10. GARNISH WITH FEW CORIANDER LEAVES.
