Just to attract kids heart i make this colour & shape otherwise its taste is same as normal rasgulla.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Full fat milk...1ltr
  2. Semolina...1spn
  3. Vinegar...3spn
  4. Cardamom...1

Instructions

  1. BRING 1 LITRE FULL CREAM MILK TO A BOIL, TAKE OFF HEAT AS SOON AS IT STARTS BUBBLING
  2. AFTER 5 MINS, ADD 3 TSP VINEGAR
  3. DRAIN & PUT THE PANEER IN A MUSLIN CLOTH & HANG IT UP FOR 15 MINS
  4. ADD 1 TSP SEMOLINA INTO THE DRY PANEER & MIX
  5. ADD A PINCH OF RED FOOD COLOUR
  6. MOULD INTO HEART SHAPES
  7. BOIL 2 CUP SUGAR WITH 5 CUPS WATER
  8. GENTLY PUT IN THE RASGULLAS, BOIL ON HIGH HEAT FOR 12 MINS & THEN FOR 10 MINS ON MEDIUM HEAT
  9. TAKE OFF HEAT, COOL & SERVE
