Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Potato 400gms
  2. Milk 1/2 cup
  3. Cream 1/2 cup
  4. Thyme 1tbsp
  5. Salt
  6. Pepper 1tsp
  7. Green Chilli chop 1tsp
  8. Garlic powder 1tsp
  9. Butter 3tsp
  10. Cheese grated 100 grams
  11. Bay leaves2

Instructions

  1. BOIL 1/2 CUP MILK & 1/2 CUP CREAM
  2. ADD 1 TSP GARLIC POWDER & 1 TBSP THYME
  3. ADD SALT TO TASTE & 1 TSP GREEN CHILLIES
  4. ADD 1 TSP PEPPER & 3 TSP BUTTER
  5. MIX, COVER & BOIL 5 MINS
  6. SOAK 400 GMS THINLY SLICED POTATOES IN WATER FOR 15 MINS AND SPREAD ON A KITCHEN TOWEL & PAT DRY
  7. PLACE THE SLICES IN A BAKING DISH LIKE DOMINOS, STARTING FROM THE CORNER UP TILL THE CENTRE
  8. CUT 2 BAY LEAVES INTO STRIPS
  9. PLACE THEM IN BETWEEN THE POTATO SLICES
  10. POUR HALF THE MILK MIXTURE INTO THE DISH
  11. SPRINKLE 100 GMS CHEESE ON TOP
  12. BAKE IN PRE-HEATED OVEN AT 200 DEGREES FOR 45 MINS, SERVE HOT
