Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup vermicilli
  2. 1 tablespoon ghee
  3. 4 tablespoon olive oil
  4. 1 teaspoon cumin seed
  5. 1 cup chopped onions
  6. 1 cup chopped tomato
  7. 2 cups water
  8. 1 tablespoon haldi
  9. 1 tablespoon garam masala
  10. 2 tablespoon salt

Instructions

  1. IN 1 TBSP HOT GHEE, ROAST 1 CUP VERMICELLI
  2. SAUTE IT TILL GOLDEN BROWN, TAKE OFF HEAT & KEEP ASIDE
  3. IN 1 TBSP HOT OIL, ADD 1 TSP CUMIN
  4. ADD 1 CUP ONION & SAUTE TILL TRANSLUCENT
  5. ADD 1 CUP TOMATO
  6. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  7. ADD 1 TSP TURMERIC
  8. ADD 1 TSP GARAM MASALA
  9. ADD 2 CUPS WATER
  10. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  11. AS THE WATER COMES TO A BOIL, ADD THE ROASTED VERMICELLI & MIX
  12. COVER & COOK FOR 5 MINS
