Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 500 gm boiled potato
  2. One cup roasted peanut
  3. Rock salt
  4. Half tea spn black salt
  5. One tbl spn munfali oil
  6. Half tea spn roasted jeera powder

Instructions

  1. IN 1 TBSP HOT OIL, ADD 1 TSP CUMIN & 1/2 TSP FENNEL SEEDS
  2. ADD 500 GMS BOILED POTATOES
  3. COOK ON MEDIUM HEAT TILL GOLDEN BROWN , ADD ROCK SALT TO TASTE & 1 TSP GREEN CHILLIES
  4. ADD 6-7 CURRY LEAVES, 1/2 TSP ROASTED CUMIN & 1/4 TSP PEPPER
  5. SQUEEZE 1/2 TBSP LEMON JUICE
  6. ADD 1 CUP ROASTED & COARSELY CRUSHED PEANUTS
  7. MIX & TAKE OFF HEAT
  8. ADD 1 TBSP EACH OF CHOPPED CUCUMBER & COCONUT
  9. COOL & SPRINKLE 1/2 CUP POMEGRANATES
  10. SQUEEZE SOME MORE LEMON JUICE ON TOP & SERVE
