  1. 200 gm sago
  2. 4 boiled potato
  3. One tbl spn Rajgiri flour
  4. Black pepper salt cummin powder
  5. oil

Instructions

  1. MIX 200 GMS PRE SOAKED ( FOR 30 MINS ) SABUDANA AND 4-5 BOILED POTATOES
  2. ADD 1 TSP GREEN CHILLIES, SALT TO TASTE & 1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER
  3. ADD 1 TSP ROASTED CUMIN & 1 TBSP LEMON JUICE & MIX
  4. ADD 1 TBSP BUCKWHEAT FLOUR
  5. ADD 1 TSP OIL
  6. ADD 1 TBSP CORIANDER
  7. SHAPE INTO TIKKIS, FLATTEN & CUT A HOLE IN THE MIDDLE
  8. DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL
  9. TAKE OFF HEAT WHEN GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
  10. SERVE HOT
