  7. sugar - 2cups
  8. water -2cups
  9. Saffronsstrands
  10. cardamom powder -1teaspoon
  11. lemon juice -1/2tsp
  12. For milk rabdi ______
  13. Full fat milk -4 cups
  14. sugar as per taste
  15. mawa -1tbsp
  16. Slivered almonds

Instructions

  1. FARALI SWEET POTATO DUMPLINGS IN RABDI
  2. ROAST ,PEEL THEN MASH SWEET POTATOES
  3. ADD MILK POWDER
  4. ADD CHESTNUT FLOUR
  5. ADD KHOYA /MAWA KNEAD IT WELL
  6. DOUGH SHOULD BE LIKE THIS
  7. APPLY OIL ON BOTH PALMS AND MAKE LEMON SIZED BALLS WITHOUT ANY CRACKS
  8. MAKE SUGAR SYRUP ___ ADD 2CUPS OF SUGAR
  9. 2 CUPS OF WATER
  10. ADD FEW SAFFRON STRANDS
  11. BOIL TILL GETS ONE STRING CONSISTENCY CHECK LIKE THIS
  12. SHIFT SWEET POTATO BALLS IN MILD HOT OIL
  13. KEEP ROTATING BALLS FOR EVENLY FRYING
  14. WHEN FRIED FROM ONE SIDE BALLS ROTATE TO OTHER SIDE IT MEANS NICELY COOKED FROM INSIDE
  15. TAKE THEM OUT ON ABSORBENT PAPER
  16. DIP SWEET POTATO DUMPLINGS FOR 20 MINUTES IN THE SUGAR SYRUP
  17. SWEET POTATO DUMPLINGS ARE READY
