Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup gram flour
  2. 1/3 cup semolina
  3. water as needed to make batter
  4. 1 tsp red chilly powder
  5. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  6. 1 tbsp chhoped green chilly
  7. 1 tbsp corriender leaves chhoped
  8. salt to taste
  9. For stuffing:-
  10. 3-4 boiled potato
  11. 1 tbsp green chilly chhoped
  12. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  13. 1 medium sized onion finely chhoped
  14. 1 tsp red chilly powder
  15. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  16. 1 tsp garam masala
  17. 1 tsp asafoetida
  18. oil as needed
  19. salt to taste
  20. Cheese ( optional )
  21. Corriender leaves

Instructions

  1. IN A BOWL ADD 1 CUP OF GRAM FLOUR AND 1/3 CUP OF SEMOLINA
  2. ADD 1 TSP RED CHILLY POWDER, 1 TSP TURMERIC POWDER AND SALT TO TASTE
  3. ADD 1/2 TSP ASAFOETIDA , CHHOPED GREEN CHILLY AND CORRIENDER LEAVES
  4. ADD WATER AS NEEDED AND MIX IT
  5. BATTER IS READY IT SHOULD BE OF THIS CONSISTENCY
  6. IN A PAN HEAT 1 TBSP OIL
  7. NOW ADD CUMIN SEEDS , ONION AND BOILED POTATO PIECES
  8. AND MASH THE POTATOES AND GREEN CHILLIES
  9. RED CHILLY POWDER , SALT AND TURMERIC POWDER
  10. NOW ADD 1 TSP GARAM MASALA AND CORRIENDER LEAVES
  11. AND MIX WELL AND COOK FOR FEW SECONDS
  12. FOR CHILLA HEAT A NONSTICK GRIDDLE TAKE A LADLEFUL BATTER AND MAKE CHILLA
  13. DRIZZLE SOME OIL BY THE SIDES OF CHILLA
  14. FLIP IT AFTER FEW SECONDS
  15. TAKE 2 TBSP OF STUFFING AND PUT ON THE READY CHILLA
  16. SPREAD SOME GRATED CHEESE ON THE POTATO STUFFING
  17. SPRINKLE CORRIENDER LEAVES AND ROLL IT AND COOK AGAIN FOR FEW SECONDS BY DRIZZELING SOME OIL AND IT IS READY TO SERVE
