Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Tomato 2
  2. Potato boiled 6-8
  3. Malai fresh 2tbsp
  4. Cashew 10
  5. Raisins 8
  6. coriander leaves little
  7. oil
  8. Cornflour 2tbsp
  9. Onion 3
  10. Ginger little
  11. Red chilli powder 2tsp
  12. Coriander powder 21/2 tsp
  13. Turmeric powder 1tsp
  14. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. IN 2 TBSP HOT OIL, SAUTE 2 BAY LEAVES, 1 CINNAMON STICK AND THE PASTE OF 3 ONIONS & 1 TBSP GINGER
  2. ADD 1 TSP TURMERIC, 2 TSP RED CHILLI, 2.5 TSP CORIANDER & SALT TO TASTE
  3. ADD 2 BLANCHED, PEELED & PUREED TOMATOES & SAUTE
  4. ADD 1/4 CUP CASHEW PASTE, SAUTE & ADD 1.5 CUPS WATER, SIMMER AND TAKE OFF HEAT
  5. KNEAD 8 BOILED POTATOES & SOME SALT TO TASTE INTO A SMOOTH DOUGH
  6. MAKE SMALL BALLS OF THE DOUGH, FILL IN 1-2 RAISINS AND CLOSE
  7. PUT THE STUFFED BALLS IN HOT OIL AND DEEP FRY
  8. TAKE OFF HEAT WHEN GODEN BROWN & CRISP
