  9. 2 boiled potato
  10. 1 chopped onion
  11. 2 tsp oil
  12. Salt
  13. Flakes
  14. 1 tsp peprika
  15. For topping---
  16. 1 egg
  17. Black cunnin seeds

Instructions

  1. MELT BUTTER AND ADD EGG AND MILK
  2. ADD OIL IN MILK AND WHISK ALL
  3. SEIVE FLOUR AND BAKING POWDER AND MIX FLOUR IN MILK MIX
  4. ADD 2 DROPS OF YELLOW COLOUR AND MAKE A DOUGH
  5. KEEP THIS DOUGH ASIDE COVERED
  6. GRATE POTATOES
  7. HEAT OIL AND ADD ONION COOK IT
  8. ADD GRATED POTATO AND COOK
  9. ADD SALT, GANOA SPICE, FLAKES AND ADD PEPPER AND MIX
  10. NOW OUR FILLING IS READY
  11. DEVIDE DOUGH IN THREE PARTS
  12. TAKE ONE AND TAP WITH FINGERS FILL WITH STUFFING
  13. COVER LIKE KACHAURI
  14. AND MAKE A BALL
  15. NOW PRESS A LITTLE THE BALL
  16. NOW TAKE KNIFE AND MAKE MARKS ALL OVER
  17. LEAVE MIDDLE PORTION AS IT IS
  18. GIVE SHAPE TO EVERY CUT LIKE PETALS
  19. GIVE EGG WASH TO THE FLOWER
  20. IN CENTER FILL WITH BLACK JEERA
  21. BAKE THEM FOR 30 MIN. AT 180 DEGREE
  22. OUR POTATO FLOWER BUNS ARE READY
  23. SERVE HOT
