Rosemary adds an extra fkavour to the bread while potatoes giving its part in enhancing the taste of the bread

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 250 gms Bread Flour
  2. 1.25 gms Instant Yeast
  3. 1/2 cup water
  4. 5 gms salt
  5. 1/2 Cup mashed potatoes
  6. 1 ts dried Rosemary

Instructions

  1. IN 250 GMS FLOUR, ADD 5 GMS SALT
  2. ADD 1.25 GMS INSTANT YEAST
  3. ADD 1 TSP DRIED ROSEMARY
  4. ADD 1/2 CUP WATER
  5. KNEAD FOR 5 MINS
  6. COVER WITH A DAMP KITCHEN TOWEL, KEEP TO REST FOR 15 MINS
  7. FOLD 1/2 CUP MASHED POTATOES INTO THE DOUGH
  8. COVER WITH A DRY KITCHEN TOWEL, REST FOR 1.5 HOURS
  9. DIVIDE DOUGH IN EQUAL PARTS, CUT INTO CIRCULAR SHAPES
  10. TRANSFER TO A BAKING SHEET & SPRINKLE FLOUR
  11. KEEP TO REST FOR 1 HOUR
  12. MAKE SLASHES ON THE TOP & BAKE IN A PRE HEATED OVEN AT 200 DEGREES FOR 45 MINS
