ABOUT Green Dosa RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Parboiled Rice 1 cup
  2. Green gram 1 cup
  3. Bengal gram 1 tbsp
  4. Tuvr dal 1 tbsp
  5. Urad dal 1/4 cup
  6. Methi 1 tsp
  7. Ginger small piece
  8. Coriander 1 bunch
  9. Salt
  10. oil for making dosa

Instructions

  1. RINSE AND SOAK PARBOILED RICE FOR 6 HRS
  2. RINSE AND SOAK DAL SEPARATELY FOR 6 HRS
  3. GRIND SOAKED PARBOILED RICE TO FINE PASTE
  4. GRIND SOAKED DAL AND METHI SEPARATELY TO FINE PASTE. ADD SALT
  5. ADD BUNCH OF CORIANDER LEAVES AND GINGER. GRIND THEM TO FINE PASTE
  6. MIX DAL, RICE AND CORIANDER PASTE GENTLY ALLOW THEM TO FERMENT
  7. MIX FERMENTED BATTER GENTLY. ADD REQUIRED WATER
  8. HEAT A SKILLET AND MAKE DOSA
  9. ADD REQUIRED OIL. FLIP ON BOTH SIDES
  10. SERVE WITH CHUTNEY AND SAMBAR
