  1. onion 3 medium size
  2. tomato 3 medium size
  3. garlic 6 pods
  4. ginger 1 inch
  5. potatoes 8 medium size
  6. Green chillies 2
  7. curry leaves
  8. coriander leaves
  9. jeera
  10. oil
  11. Garam masala 1 tsp
  12. Chat masala 1 tsp
  13. turmeric powder 1 tsp
  14. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  15. coriander powder 1 tsp
  16. fennel powder 1 tsp
  17. salt

Instructions

  1. BOIL POTATOES
  2. HEAT OIL IN A PAN. ADD JEERA
  3. ADD CHOPPED ONION, CURRY LEAVES AND GREEN CHILLIES. SAUTE WELL
  4. ADD CHOPPED GARLIC AND GINGER. SAUTE WELL
  5. ADD CHOPPED TOMATOES
  6. ADD TURMERIC, GARAM MASALA, CHAT MASALA, CORIANDER, FENNEL AND RED CHILLI POWDER
  7. MIX WELL
  8. ADD BOILED POTATOES WITH STALK AND MASH THEM
  9. ADD SALT
  10. ADD CORIANDER LEAVES
  11. COVER WITH A LID. COOK FOR 10 MINS ON LOW FLAME
  12. SERVE HOT
