  3. Onion sliced 2
  4. tomatoes 2
  5. Shallots 6 pods
  6. green chillies 3
  7. Garlic 6 pods
  8. Ginger 1 inch
  9. curry leaves
  10. Coriander leaves
  11. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  12. Garam masala 1.5 tsp
  13. Salt
  14. Veggies of your choice

Instructions

  1. RINSE AND SOAK RAW RICE AND TUVR DAL
  2. CUT VEGGIES OF YOUR CHOICE
  3. HEAT OIL. ADD JEERA
  4. ADD ONION SLICES AND SHALLOTS. SAUTE WELL
  5. ADD GREEN CHILLIES AND CURRY LEAVES
  6. ADD CHOPPED GARLIC AND GINGER. SAUTE WELL
  7. ADD VEGGIES AND SAUTE WELL
  8. ADD SALT, HING, TURMERIC AND GARAM MASALA
  9. ADD RICE AND DAL. ADD REQUIRED WATER
  10. ADD CORIANDER LEAVES
  11. PRESSURE COOK FOR 3 WHISTLES
  12. WHEN PRESSURE RELEASES, GENTLY MIX THE KICHIDI
  13. ADD GHEE
  14. SERVE WITH POTATO CHIPS AND PAPPAD
