  1. Proso Millet 1 cup
  2. Tuvr dal 1/2 cup
  3. Tamarind lemon size
  4. oil
  5. ghee
  6. Mustard
  7. Jeera
  8. Methi
  9. Onion 1 big size
  10. Tomato 2 medium size
  11. Green chillies 2
  12. curry leaves
  13. Coriander leaves
  14. Turmeric
  15. Salt
  16. Drum stick 2
  17. Carrot 2
  18. Beans 10
  19. Channa dal 1 tbsp
  20. urad dal 1 tbsp
  21. Coriander seeds 3 tbsp
  22. Red chillies 6
  23. Coconut 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. SOAK TAMARIND FOR 10 MINUTES
  2. DRY ROAST MILLET TILL YOU GET GOOD AROMA
  3. RINSE AND BOIL MILLET WITH 3 CUPS OF WATER
  4. BOIL TILL MILLETS ARE COOKED PROPERLY
  5. PRESSURE COOK 1/2 CUP TUVR DAL
  6. ROAST CHANNA, URAD DAL, METHI, CORIANDER SEEDS AND RED CHILLIES
  7. ADD COCONUT. COOL AND GRIND THE MIXTURE TO FINE POWDER
  8. HEAT OIL. ADD MUSTARD, JEERA AND METHI
  9. ADD ONION AND CURRY LEAVES. SAUTE WELL
  10. ADD TOMATOES AND GREEN CHILLIES. SAUTE WELL
  11. ADD THE MIXTURE AND SAUTE WELL TILL YOU GET GOOD AROMA
  12. ADD VEGGIES
  13. ADD TAMARIND PULP, TURMERIC AND SALT
  14. ADD MASHED TUVR DAL AND CORIANDER LEAVES
  15. ADD ENOUGH WATER AND COOK ON LOW FLAME
  16. CLOSE A LID AND STIR OCCASIONALLY TILL VEGGIES ARE COOKED
  17. ADD COOKED MILLET
  18. ADD GHEE
  19. MIX GENTLY
  20. SERVE WITH POTATO FRY
