Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Black gram - 1 Glass
  2. sugar powder - 1 Glass
  3. Clarified butter / ghee - 1/2 Glass

Instructions

  1. ROAST 1 CUP BLACK GRAM ON MEDIUM HEAT
  2. ONCE GOLDEN BROWN, TAKE OFF HEAT, COOL & GRIND INTO A FINE POWDER
  3. MIX POWDER WITH 1 CUP CASTOR SUGAR
  4. ADD 1 CUP WARM GHEE, SHAPE INTO LADDOOS
