ABOUT 3 in 1 Laddoos RECIPE

Triple dhamaka full of indian flavours for Diwali.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 3 cups dessicated coconut
  2. 1 1/2 cup sweet condensed milk
  3. 1 1/2 cup milk powder
  4. 10 betel leaves
  5. 1tsp cardamom powder
  6. 1/2 cup gulkanda
  7. 1/2 cup mix dryfruits
  8. 5 tsp rose syrup

Instructions

  1. Saute 3 cups desicated coconut with 1.5 cups of condensed milk for 10-15 mins. Remove from heat and cool.
  2. Mix 10 shredded betel leaves, 1/2 cup gulkand, 1 tsp cardamom powder with 1.5 cups milk powder. Keep aside.
  3. Add 2 tbsp milk powder, 1/2 cup dry fruits and 5 tsp rose essence. Keep aside.
  4. Shape laddoos with coconut mix as base and the betel leaves/dry fruits mixes.
  5. Try different combinations.
  6. Store in air tight containers in the fridge.
