  1. Yam 250 gms
  2. Tuvr dal 3 tbsp
  3. Turmeric powder
  4. Coconut required
  5. Ginger
  6. Green chillies 2
  7. Salt
  8. Lemon juice
  9. For tadka coconut oil
  10. Mustard
  11. Curry leaves

Instructions

  1. RINSE YAM AND TUVR DAL
  2. ADD TURMERIC POWDER
  3. PRESSURE COOK FOR 5 WHISTLES
  4. GRIND COCONUT, GINGER AND GREEN CHILLIES
  5. PREPARE TADKA WITH OIL, MUSTARD AND CURRY LEAVES
  6. MASH YAM AND TUVR DAL
  7. ADD SALT AND COCONUT MIXTURE
  8. WHEN IT BOILS, ADD TADKA AND LEMON JUICE
  9. SERVE WITH RICE
