  1. Poha
  2. Potato
  3. Onion chopped
  4. Mustard seeds
  5. Heeng
  6. Kari patta
  7. greenchiili chopped
  8. all spices

Instructions

  1. IN 2 TBSP HOT OIL, ADD A PINCH OF ASAFOETIDA & 1 TSP MUSTARD SEEDS
  2. ADD 2 ONIONS, 5-6 CURRY LEAVES & 2 SLIT GREEN CHILLIES
  3. ADD 1 THINLY SLICED POTATO
  4. ADD 1 TOMATO
  5. ADD 500 GMS WASHED & FLUFFED POHA
  6. ADD 1/2 TSP TURMERIC, 1/4 TSP RED CHILLI & SALT TO TASTE
  7. MIX WELL, COVER & COOK FOR 3-4 MINS ON SLOW HEAT
  8. SERVE HOT
