Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. paneer 250 gm
  2. sugar 1 cup
  3. water 3 cup

Instructions

  1. ADD 1 TBSP SUGAR IN A NON STICK PAN
  2. LET IT CARAMELIZE
  3. ADD 3 CUPS WATER
  4. ADD 1 CUP SUGAR
  5. CUT 250 GMS PANEER IN CUBES
  6. AFTER 3 MINS, ADD PANEER CUBES IN BOILING SYRUP
  7. COOK FOR 10 MINS
  8. COOK TILL THE SYRUP COATS THE PANEER AND REMOVE
  9. SERVE

Nice recipe but have few questions: how long does it stay if kept out for 6 hours or we have to consume immediately. does it turn hard if stayed out for longer time
