Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. For dough Maida 2 cup
  2. Ghee 1 tsp
  3. milk
  4. For Rabri Milk 4 cups
  5. Sugar 5 tsp
  6. Cardamom 3 pods
  7. Badam chopped
  8. Pista chopped
  9. Oil for Deep frying
  10. butter

Instructions

  1. SIEVE 2 CUPS OF MAIDA
  2. ADD GHEE
  3. ADD MILK
  4. MIX WELL. IF REQUIRED ADD MORE MILK
  5. PREPARE A DOUGH
  6. SMEAR GHEE
  7. REST THE DOUGH FOR 30 MINUTES
  8. BOIL MILK. ADD KESAR
  9. WHEN MILK STARTS BOILING ADD SUGAR
  10. ADD CARDAMOM, BADAM AND PISTA
  11. BOIL FOR FEW MINUTES TILL MILK THICKEN
  12. COOL RABDI
  13. HEAT OIL
  14. MAKE SMALL BALLS WITH DOUGH
  15. MAKE 6 THIN SHEETS
  16. SMEAR BUTTER AND PLACE ONE SHEET ABOVE ANOTHER
  17. PLACE EACH SHEET ONE OVER ANOTHER SMEARING BUTTER
  18. ROLL THE SHEETS
  19. SLOWLY ROLL THE SHEETS
  20. MAKE A TUBE
  21. SMEAR BUTTER
  22. CUT IN TO SMALL PIECES
  23. EACH PIECE WILL HAVE 6 LAYERS
  24. TAKE A PIECE AND START ROLLING
  25. MAKE SMALL PURIS
  26. FRY THE PURIS ON MEDIUM FLAME
  27. FRY ALL PURIS
  28. SERVE WITH RABDI
