These coconut paan shot ladoos are delicious and filled with a paan shot surprise inside. Easy to make and so delicious, these ladoos are quick to make and will leave your diwali guests impressed by your creativity.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Dessicated Coconut 1.5 cups
  2. Condensed milk 1/2 cup
  3. Paan (betelnut) leaves (chopped) 3 no.s
  4. Gulkand 3 tbspn
  5. saunf (crushed) 1tspn
  6. Finely chopped Supari 1tsp
  7. Tutti frutti 1 tbsp
  8. Chopped kaju and badams 2 tbsp each
  9. Green Food colour 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. COOK 1/2 CUP CONDENSED MILK & 1.5 CUPS DESSICATED COCONUT ON MEDIUM HEAT
  2. ADD 1/4 CUP CHOPPED BETELNUT LEAVES & MIX
  3. ADD 1/4 TSP GREEN FOOD COLOUR & COOK TILL THE MIXTURE LEAVES THE SIDES
  4. TAKE OFF HEAT & COOL
  5. SAUTE 3 TBSP GULKAND, 1 TSP SUPARI, 1 TBSP TUTTI FRUTTI, 2 TBSP CASHEWS & ALMONDS & 1 TSP ANISEEDS ON LOW HEAT FOR 2-3 MINS
  6. ROLL OUT LADDOOS OF THE COCONUT MIX
  7. FILL EACH LADDOO WITH A SMALL AMOUNT OF GULKAND FILLING, SEAL & PAT IN SHAPE
  8. ROLL THE LADDOOS IN DESSICATED COCONUT & STORE IN AN AIR TIGHT JAR
