Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Milk 3 cups
  2. Vanilla powder 2 tablespoon
  3. Mixes nuts 2 tablespoon
  4. Saffron soaked in milk 1 teaspoon
  5. Cardmon powder 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Sugar 4 tablespoon
  7. Bread slices 4
  8. Red truity fruity for garnish


  1. Heat pan and add milk.
  2. Stir it on low flame .Add nuts to it.
  3. Add vanilla powder.
  4. Stir continiously till milk thickens
  5. Add saffaron to it.
  6. Add sugar and mix well
  7. mix cardamom to the milk
  8. Cut the Rainbow bread with a help of cookie cutter
  9. Now Rasamalai milk is ready
  10. Pour it in a serving plate
  11. Now arrange Rainbow bread like a star in the rabdi
  12. Garnish it with nuts on top.
  13. Add Tutti fruity to it.RAINBOW VANILA RASMALAI is ready to serve.
