Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Paneer 250 grams
  2. Sugar 100 grams
  3. Water 11/2 glass

Instructions

  1. Cut paneer into an inch thickness evenly.
  2. Add water to the sugar and cook on low flame
  3. Stir well to dissolve sugar well.
  4. Check the consistency of the sugar syrup
  5. Syrup is ready to coat the paneer
  6. Add paneer to the sugar syrup and toss .
  7. Heat again
  8. Make sure the sugar syrup is ell coated.Cool it and keep it aside.
