ABOUT Rosy De-"Lights" RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bengal gram flour / Besan - 2 cups
  2. All purpose flour/ Maida - 1 cup
  3. Sugar - 2.5 cups
  4. Ghee - 1(1/4)cups
  5. Rosewater(homemade)-1 cup
  6. Grated coconut- 2 cups
  7. Pistachio- for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Add 1 1/4 cups ghee in a hot pan
  2. Add 2 cups besan flour and stir
  3. Add 1 cup maida and mix well on a low flame to avoid lumps
  4. For syrup add 2.5 cups sugar in a hot pan
  5. Add i cup home made rose water and little water and stir well
  6. Keep on stirring on a medium flame until sugar dissolves
  7. Continue to stir until slightly more than one string consistency formed
  8. Transfer the syrup to the prepared mix
  9. Add 2 cups of grated coconut and mix well
  10. At room temperature, mould into desired shape and serve .
