ABOUT Stuffed Mini Pockets RECIPE

It is an idea to incorporate fruits in sweets. I have been thinking how to make sweets woth fruit. The stuffing is mouth watering. To make it crunchy i have use maida cover which is tossed in ghee.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For stuffing Ghee
  2. Condensed milk
  3. Grated Apple 1
  4. Grated Banana 2
  5. Badam 13
  6. Cardamon 3
  7. For dough Maida 1 cup
  8. Ghee
  9. Milk


  1. Grate apple and banana
  2. Grind cardamom and badam.
  3. Heat ghee and add condensed milk
  4. Add grated banana and apple and badam and elachi powder. Mix well till it thicknes
  5. Cool the stuffing
  6. Mix maida, ghee and milk. Add more milk and make a dough
  7. Rest the dough
  8. Make two rotis. Place stuffings in the rotis.
  9. Place one roti on the above and seal the edges
  10. Use cutter to trim the edges
  11. Mini pockets are ready to cook
  12. Heat a tawa,add ghee and toss the mini pockets on both the sides
  13. Mini pockets are ready to serve
