Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cottage cheese 1 cup
  2. Sugar 1cup
  3. Water 2,1/2 cup
  4. Green cardamom 4
  5. Saffron few strands
  6. Milk 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Boil 1 cup sugar, 2.5 cups of water with 4 crushed cardamons
  2. Mash and knead 1 cup cottage for 15 minutes
  3. Add 1.5 tablespoon saffaron milk mix
  4. Knead into a dough and shape into small balls
  5. Put these into the boiling sugar syrup
  6. Cook on medium flame for 15 to 20 minutes,take off heat,cool and serve
