Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Makai chivda 1 cup
  2. Poha 1 cup
  3. Peanuts 1/2 cup
  4. Raisins 1 tablespoon
  5. Cashewnuts 10-12
  6. Dry coconut pieces ( cut into thin slices) 7-8
  7. Roasted gram 1/2 cup
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Oil 1 tablespoon
  11. Oil (for deep frying)


  1. Heat oil for deep frying
  2. Line a plate with tissue paper
  3. Deep fry the makai flakes in batches and take it out on a tissue paper
  4. Line another plate on tissue paper
  5. Deep fry poha and spread it on the tissue paper
  6. Take a pan ,heat a tablespoon oil
  7. Add peanuts and fry them
  8. Take peanuts out in a bowl
  9. Add cashewnuts and fry them and take it out in a bowl
  10. Fry raisins and take it out
  11. In a bowl,mix fried flakes,poha,peanuts, cashewnuts ,raisins and roasted gram. Add salt and pepper
  12. Mix well.Garnish it with coconut slices and serve them.
