Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Maida 3 cups
  2. Sooji 1 tablespoon
  3. Ajwain 1 teaspoon
  4. Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Besan 1 tablespoon
  7. Amchur powder 2 teaspoon
  8. Red chilly powder 1teaspoon
  9. Oil for deep frying and for kneading dough


  1. Dry roast 1 tablespoon of gram flour till golden brown, add 2 teaspoon amchur powder, 1 teaspoon red Chilli powder and salt to taste
  2. Roll out a thin rotis out of 3 cups of flour dough
  3. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon roasted mixture and press lightly
  4. Cover with another roti and roll
  5. Cut rounds and press them
  6. Roll them lightly
  7. Deep fry in hot oil on low heat
  8. Take off heat when golden Brown and crisp
  9. Serve hot
