  1. Ragi flour 1 Cup
  2. Palm sugar 1/2 Cup
  3. Ghee required
  4. For seasoning Cashews
  5. Badam
  6. Dry grapes
  7. Cucumber seeds
  8. Cardamom powder

Instructions

  1. HEAT GHEE. ADD CASHEWS, DRY GRAPES, BADAM AND CUCUMBER SEEDS
  2. ROAST THEM GENTLY
  3. ADD 1 CUP RAGI FLOUR
  4. ROAST TILL YOU GET GOOD AROMA
  5. ADD 1/2 CUP PALM SUGAR
  6. ADD GHEE
  7. ADD ELAICHI POWDER. MIX WELL
  8. COOL THE MIXTURE
  9. MAKE LADDOS
