Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Maida. 250 grams
  2. Sugar syrup. 4 tablespoon
  3. Hot Ghee. 2 tablespoon
  4. Oil for deep frying
  5. Water Iess than 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Add maida in a bowl. Add sugar syrup.
  2. Mix it well.
  3. Add hot ghee.
  4. Mix it well with hot ghee
  5. Mix it with sugar syrup and ghee
  6. Knead like a dough.
  7. Make a small roti .
  8. Make cuts with the help of knife.
  9. Fold the cuts like a flower.
  10. Make like this.
  11. Make flowers with remaining dough.
  12. Heat oil. Add flowers and fry.
  13. Fry upto golden brown. Remove from oil.
