Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. maida 500 grams
  2. ghee 100 grams
  3. Powderd sugar 1 tablespoon
  4. Roasted chilli powder
  5. Roasted saunf and dhania powder
  6. kaju 1 tablespoon
  7. salt to taste
  8. Aamchur 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Fried moong dal 1 cup
  10. Roasted peanuts 1 cup
  11. raisins


  1. Take 500 grams maida add 1/2 teaspoon salt
  2. Add 100 gram ghee
  3. Give a mix
  4. When it becomes crumble
  5. Add little water and make a stiff dough
  6. Cover it for half an hour
  7. For stuffing take kaju kishmish moong dal gathiya
  8. Ginger powder dry mango powder roasted fennel powdered sugar and salt
  9. Take a mixie jar and grind the gathiya
  10. Make crumble
  11. Take peanuts and moong and make crumble
  12. Put in a bowl
  13. Keep a pan on a medium flame and add one tablespoon oil or ghee
  14. Add rasins and kaju
  15. Fry it
  16. Add one tablespoon roasted gram flour
  17. Add roasted chilli powder
  18. Add all dry ingriedients
  19. Add the crumble of moong peanuts
  20. Add powder sugar and mix nicely
  21. Switch off the flame and mix
  22. Stuffing is ready now
  23. Take it in a bowl
  24. Take maida dough and stuff ..start making samosas
  25. Take small ball from dough
  26. Roll a small size puri make a cut apply some water
  27. Make a cone
  28. Fill half teaspoon stuffing
  29. Give a shape of samosas
  30. With same process make all
  31. Heat the oil in a kadai and deep fry
  32. Fry it on low flame
  33. One batch takes 7 to 8 minute
  34. When it turns golden brown,take it out
  35. Fry all
