Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. rice 4 cup
  2. Channa dal 3/4 cup
  3. Moong dal 1/4 cup
  4. butter 1 tablespoon
  5. Seasame seed 1 teaspoon
  6. salt to taste
  7. oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Slight fry rice
  2. Roast chenna dal and moong dal well
  3. Grind to a fine powder
  4. Add salt, butter,seasame seeds and little water
  5. Mix the to dough consistency
  6. Heat oil in on a medium flame
  7. Take a small ball sized dough and press on a chakli press to get beautiful chakli
  8. Fry chakli till crisp
  9. Store it in an air tight container
