These chillas are very very tasty. Paneer filling and green chutney makes it delicious. Easy to make and quick also .perfect for winter season and festival.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Moong daal paste 1 cup
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  4. Haldi
  5. Fennel seeds 1 teaspoon
  6. Coriander seeds 1 teaspoon
  7. Hing
  8. Kasoori methi
  9. For filling ---
  10. Chopped onion 1/2 cup
  11. Chopped ginger 1 teaspoon
  12. Small cubes of paneer 1/2 cup
  13. Chopped capsicum 1/4 cup
  14. Salt to taste
  15. Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
  16. Lemon juice
  17. Green chutney
  18. Tomato sauce
  19. Coriander leaves


  1. Heat oil add hing and jeera and saute ginger and onion
  2. Saute and add capsicum .Let it cook
  3. Till then add spices in moong daal paste
  4. Add paneer cubes in pan
  5. Add spices and mix and our filling is ready
  6. Now add kasoori methi
  7. Heat tawa and make chilla
  8. Cook from both side by adding little oil
  9. Our chillas are ready
  10. Serve them in a stack
  11. Take one chilla spread chutney and filling over it then put other
  12. Spread sauce and filling on second
  13. And serve these tasty chillas with green chutney
  14. Add some filling
