Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Gulkand (rose petal soread) 3 tablespoon
  2. Dry fruits 1tablespoon
  3. Dessicated coconut 1cup+2tablespoonfor garnish
  4. Sweetened condensed milk1/2cup
  5. Paan leaves 8
  6. Ghee 1tablespoon and a little more

Instructions

  1. First of all in a pan put gulkand and dry fruits together on a low flame...until they get bind together. It will take only 3-4 minutes. Don't overdo it. Else gulkand will start getting melt. Leave this mixture aside to cool down.
  2. In a grinder add chopped paan leaves and condensed milk together. Blend the until smooth.
  3. In a pan add 1teaspoon ghee dessicated coconut. Saute for 3-4 minutes. Then add the paan and condensed milk mixture to it.
  4. Saute the mixture on low flame for another few minutes. When it starts leaving the sides of the pan nd starts looking like dough then switch off the flame. Let it cool down a bit.
  5. Then grease your palms with ghee. And take a small ball size portion of the paan coconut mixture. Flatten it and make a smooth ball without cracks by rolling between your palms. Repeat the process with rest of the mixture
  6. And roll the balls with dessicated coconut. Your paan gulkand laddoos are ready.
