Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Apf/ maida - 250 grams
  2. Roasted cumin powder - 1 tablespoon
  3. Pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Roasted red chilli flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Ajwain - 1 tablespoon
  6. Salt - 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. TAKE 250 GMS MAIDA ADD 1/2 TSP ROASTED RED CHILLI FLAKES 1/2 TSP PEPPER POWDER
  2. Add 1 tablespoon roasted cumin powder 1 tablespoon ajwain
  3. Add a teaspoon of salt to taste mix
  4. Add 1/4 cup oil and mix
  5. Now add water in small quantity and gather to form a semi soft dough
  6. Cover and let it rest for around 15 minutes
  7. Make equal sized balls of the dough Make a flat thin small poori Apply few drops of oil and dust some maida
  8. Make pleats like a japanese fan and roll to form a rose shape ball
  9. Again roll into a semi thin poori and prick with a fork in the front and back
  10. Make all mathris and keep ready
  11. Heat oil and add few mathris at a time Fry on medium flame till light brown turning few times in between
  12. Almost done as the sizzle is gone Remove on plate Cool and store
