Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Soaked chickpea (for 6 hours)1 cup
  2. Homemade milk cream(malai)400 gram
  3. Pure ghee(home made)1/4 +1/4 cup
  4. Leftover mawa from ghee 1/4 -1/2 cup
  5. Sugar powder 3/4-1 cup
  6. Cocoa powder 4 tablespoon
  7. Cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Chopped cashew and melon seeds 1/4 cup
  9. Almonds chopped 7-8

Instructions

  1. Boil 1 cup soaked chickpea with 1/2 cup water
  2. Cook 400 gram cream of milk on medium flame cook until ghee starts floating on top
  3. Separate ghee from mawa
  4. After 3-4 whistles chickpea gets boiled and water dries up
  5. Transfer boiled chickpea in a mixer jar
  6. Grind to a coarse mixture without water
  7. Heat 1/4 cup pure ghee
  8. Add in coarse mixture of chickpea
  9. Stir constantly on a medium flame
  10. Fry until colour changes slightly
  11. Add in 1/4-1/2 cup leftover mawa from ghee
  12. Add in 3/4-1 cup powdered sugar
  13. Add in 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
  14. Add in 4 tablespoon cocoa powder
  15. Mix all the ingredients on medium flame
  16. Add in 1/4 cup pure ghee and stir constantly
  17. Switch of flame when ghee starts separating from mixture
  18. Add in 1/4 cup chopped cashew and melon seeds
  19. Add in 7-8 chopped almonds
  20. Let the mixture cool for 5 minutes
  21. Make tennis ball size laddu
  22. Chocolate chickpea laddu looks like this
  23. You can make 18 -20 chocolate chickpea laddu
