Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Besan. 11/2 cup
  2. Rice flour. 2 tablespoon
  3. Ajwain (vamaku)leaves. 15
  4. Crushed 2 green chilli,ginger. 1 tablespoon
  5. Chopped garlic. 1 tablespoon
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Oil for deep frying
  8. Water for mixing

Instructions

  1. VAMAKU(AJWAIN FLAVOURED LEAVES). 15 BESAN. 11/2 CUP RICE FLOUR. 2 TBSP CRUSHED GREENCHILLI,GINGER. 1 TBSP CHOPPED GARLIC. 1 TBSP SALT. TO TASTE CUMIN POWDER. 1/2 TSP
  2. In a mixing bowl add besan,rice flour and crushed greenchilli,ginger.
  3. Add chopped garlic,cumin powder,and salt.
  4. Add shredded ajwain leaves and mix it well.
  5. Add 2 or 3 tablespoon of water and mix it well like pakodi batter.
  6. Heat pan and add sufficient oil for deep fry.
  7. In a hot oil add small pakodi balls for deep fry.
  8. Fry them on medium flame till the both sides become golden brown in colour.
