Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Milk 4 cup
  2. Sugar 1.5 cup
  3. Saffron few strands
  4. Cardmon 2
  5. Nuts few
  6. Rasgulle 8
  7. Mixed fruits


  1. Boil milk
  2. Cut rasgulla in half and scoop them
  3. When milk reduce half add sugar
  4. Mix sugar finally
  5. Add saffron
  6. Add cardamom
  7. Now add nuts
  8. Add rose water
  9. Now take rasgulla and fill it with mix fruits
  10. Transfer milk in serving dish
  11. Arrange all fruity rasgoolas in rabri
  12. Keep in freeze for cool
  13. Now it is ready to serve
