Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Ragi 2 cups
  2. Idly rice 2 cups
  3. urad dal 1 cup
  4. Methi 1 teaspoon
  5. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse and soak 2 cups of idly rice overnight
  2. Rinse and soak 2 cups of ragi overnight
  3. Rinse and soak 1 cup urad dal and methi overnight
  4. Grind to smooth batter adding salt and water
  5. Leave it to ferment for 7 hours
  6. Mix the fermented batter
  7. Make idlies
  8. Steam cook for 10 minutes
