  9. Milk-2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. WASH CAULIFLOWER AND CUT INTO FLORETS.BOIL CAULIFLOWER FOR 15 MINUTES ON MEDIUM HEAT.
  2. MASH CAULIFLOWER.
  3. TAKE A PAN AND ADD GHEE
  4. ADD KISMIS AND FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  5. AFTER FRYING KISMIS ADD MORE GHEE
  6. ADD MASHED CAULIFLOWER AND COOK 15 MINUTES ON MEDIUM HEAT
  7. ADD SUGAR
  8. BOIL TILL SUGAR DISSOLVES
  9. ADD DRY FRUITS
  10. ADD KHOYA
  11. ADD KESER MILK
  12. TAKE A THALI ADD GHEE PUT IN BURFI MIXTURE AND COOL IT. KEEP ASIDE AND CUT INTO DESIRED SHAPE.
