Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Chane Ka kakra aata 500 gms
  2. Sugar 3 Small flat bowl
  3. Ghee 3 small flat bowl
  4. Mohanthal ka food color 1 to 2 teaspoon
  5. Water 1 glass and 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Roast 500 grams chickpea flour in 3 tablespoon of hot ghee till golden brown
  2. Mix 1 tablespoon of water with yellow food colour
  3. Boil 3 cups sugar with 1 cup Water
  4. Add the diluted food Colour
  5. Add the roasted besan,Simmer for 2-3 minutes
  6. Pour into a greased plate,cool, set and cut into Squares
