Maduhban vada is a dessert and its easy to make and very delicious.
MADUHBAN VADA
Soak the urad dal and rice for 5 hours
After soaking, grind the mixture to a smooth paste
Pour the paste in a big bowl and beat it for 5 to 10 minutes until it become fluffy.
For batter test ,take water in a bowl and drop 2 or 3 drops of batter in water .drops should float on the surface of the water
Take a pan and heat the oil
Drop lemon size drop of paste and fry it untill golden colour.
Take the vada from oil and transfer in the water for 1 hour,after one hour squeeze the vada well.
Take a big bowl add hung curd and icing sugar and fresh cream in bowl and beat it for 2 to 3 minutes
Take a pan pour sugar and water and boil for 5 minutes
Add saffron strands
Add food colour
Add meetha attar
Dry fruits for plating
Take a serving bowl put 3 or 4 vada dipped in syrup, then pour 4 or 5 teaspoon of fresh cream ,2 teaspoon of syrup ,on it and then sprinkle dry fruits..its ready..yummy.
