Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Urad dal 1 Cup
  2. Rice 2 tablespoon
  3. For Fresh Cream
  4. Hung Curd 1 Cup
  5. Icing Sugar 2 tablespoon
  6. Fresh Sugar 1 Cup
  7. For Sugar syrup
  8. Sugar 1 Cup
  9. Water 1/2 Cup
  10. Saffron Strands 8 to 10
  11. Orange Food Colour
  12. Meetha Attar(Assance)
  13. For Plating
  14. Try Fruits
  15. Cashew 8 -10
  16. Almonds 8 - 10
  17. Walnut 4 -5
  18. Raisin 20 - 25
  19. Dry khubani 7 - 8
  20. Pistacho 8 - 10

Instructions

  1. MADUHBAN VADA
  2. Soak the urad dal and rice for 5 hours
  3. After soaking, grind the mixture to a smooth paste
  4. Pour the paste in a big bowl and beat it for 5 to 10 minutes until it become fluffy.
  5. For batter test ,take water in a bowl and drop 2 or 3 drops of batter in water .drops should float on the surface of the water
  6. Take a pan and heat the oil
  7. Drop lemon size drop of paste and fry it untill golden colour.
  8. Take the vada from oil and transfer in the water for 1 hour,after one hour squeeze the vada well.
  9. Take a big bowl add hung curd and icing sugar and fresh cream in bowl and beat it for 2 to 3 minutes
  10. Take a pan pour sugar and water and boil for 5 minutes
  11. Add saffron strands
  12. Add food colour
  13. Add meetha attar
  14. Dry fruits for plating
  15. Take a serving bowl put 3 or 4 vada dipped in syrup, then pour 4 or 5 teaspoon of fresh cream ,2 teaspoon of syrup ,on it and then sprinkle dry fruits..its ready..yummy.
