Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Mixed grain Chakali flour 4 cups
  2. White sesame seeds 2 teaspoon
  3. Ajwain 1 teaspoon
  4. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Oil for kneading dough and for deep frying
  6. Red chilly powder 1 teaspoon
  7. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix 4 cups multi-grain Chakali flour, 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric, 1 teaspoon red chilli, 2 Tablespoon hot oil, 2 teaspoon sesame Seeds, 1 teaspoon carom seeds and Salt to taste
  2. Add sufficient water and Knead into a dough, keep Aside for 20 minutes
  3. Knead again for 2-3 minutes
  4. Take a small ball of dough and Put into a greased chakli Mould
  5. Press out the chakli dough On a plastic sheet
  6. Deep fry in hot oil till Golden brown and crisp
  7. Cool and store in an air tight Container
