Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Fine Rava (sooji) 1 cup
  2. Ghee 1teaspoon
  3. Milk 1 litre
  4. sugar 1 cup
  5. Saffron a pinch
  6. Elachi powder 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Oil for frying
  8. Cashew 10
  9. Almond 5


  1. Mix 1 cup semolina flour With 1/4 cup water and 1 teaspoon Ghee
  2. Knead into a soft dough and Keep aside for 15 minutes
  3. Knead again for 2 minutes and Keep aside for 3 hours
  4. Boil and reduce 1 litre of milk, Add 1 cup sugar
  5. Boil till it reduces to half
  6. Add 1/2 teaspoon cardamom Powder and a few strands of Saffron, boil for 2 minutes and Take off heat
  7. Roll out small balls of the Rested dough into rotis
  8. Cut out rounds
  9. Prick them all over
  10. Deep fry in hot oil on Medium heat
  11. Take off heat when cooked From both sides
  12. Dip into the rabri one at a Time andtransfer to a serving Dish
  13. Pour some rabdi on top, Garnish with dry fruits and a Few saffron strands and Serve
