Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Maida 4 cups
  2. Oil for deep frying and for kneading dough
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Crushed black pepper 1 teaspoon
  5. Crushed Jeera 1 teaspoon
  6. Crushed Ajwain 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Mix 4 cups flour, 2 tablespoon oil, 1 Teaspoon each of crushed black Pepper, cumin, carom seeds And salt to taste
  2. Using very little water, Knead into a stiff dough, Keep aside for 15 minutes
  3. Knead again and smoothen the Dough
  4. Roll a small ball of dough Into a big roti
  5. Cut into small strips
  6. Deep fry in hot oil on low Heat
  7. Take off heat when golden Brown and crisp
  8. Cool and store in an air tight Container
