Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For 8 to 9,Phyllo sheets,2 cup all purpose flour,extra flour for dusting
  2. olive oil 5 teaspoon
  3. salt 1/4 teaspoon
  4. White vinegar 2 teaspoon
  5. Warm water 3/4 cup
  6. For dusting, 1/2 cup corn flour
  7. All purpose flour 2 teaspoon
  8. For filling,1 cup mixed nuts
  9. Maava 1 cup
  10. Chocolate 1 cup
  11. For sugar syrup,1 cup sugar
  12. water 1/4 cup
  13. Some crushed pistachio for sprinkle over it
  14. Some butter to greese the sheets

Instructions

  1. Add 2 teaspoon vinegar into 2 cups Flour
  2. Add 5 teaspoon olive oil
  3. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt
  4. Add 3/4 cup warm water, Knead into a stiff dough
  5. Brush some oil on top, set Aside for 10 minutes
  6. Divide dough into 8-9 balls
  7. Roll into rotis, dust some Flour over each roti, pile Them on top of one another
  8. Roll into a thin, large roti
  9. Cut the sides to make Square sheets
  10. Grease 1 sheet with butter Place filling of mixed nuts, Mava and chocolate
  11. Roll, brush some melted Butter
  12. Repeat the same steps, roll Till the end
  13. Place all stuffed rolls in a Tray, cut in the centre
  14. Brush with butter, bake in a Pre heated oven at 180 Degrees for 30-35 minutes
  15. Boil 1 cup sugar with 1/4 cup Water, caramel syrup is Ready
  16. Drizzle caramel syrup, Sprinkle pistachios and Serve
